Return Policy

First, if you have a need to consider a return, you likely ordered a product from us which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Bello Lane customers, and as such, we promise to do our best to deliver an amazing product and rest assured we package our items with care so they will arrive at their new home in excellent condition. If there are any problems along the way we will work with you to make it right.

With that being said, here are some things you might want to know.

  • Bello Lane is a small family-owned business and returns are costly so, unfortunately, we cannot operate like Amazon and offer free returns.
  • You may cancel an order any time prior to shipment.
  • Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the purchase for a Bello Lane Store Credit.
  • Repackage the item in the original box, including the packing slip and use the return address label provided with your shipment.

  • The risk of loss or damages of return shipment pass to you upon delivery.

  • No cash or credit card refunds.  We issue Bello Lane Store Credit only.

    • When we receive shipment within a 30 day period of the purchase date, we will contact you and issue a Bello Lane Store Credit for the value of the purchase - we do not credit any shipping costs nor do we reimburse shipping costs for returned items.

    • Allow 10-14 days for the credit to be processed.

    Accidents do happen, in the unfortunate event of your order arriving damaged we ask that you fill out a Damaged Claim Form, after which we will send a replacement or a full refund for the purchase.
