Return Authorization 

Thanks for shopping at Bello Lane. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please submit your Return Authorization by email to hello@bellolane.com.

The email must include:

Your item must be in the original packaging. Include a completed copy of the Return Authorization email with the returning item.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the returning item for shipping damages. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will not issue a refund if the item is returned to us damaged, it becomes your responsibility to initiate a damaged claim form with your shipping provider. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Any and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping and or freight charges will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

When shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Bello Lane offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or antique reproductions and are non-returnable. All furniture, custom made to order items, lighting, and not eligible for returns. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Items that ship via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable and must be inspected and accepted or refused upon delivery. Email us if you have any questions, hello@bellolane.com
