Damage Claim

We will replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged in shipping.

Please submit your Damage Claim by email to hello@bellolane.com.

The email must include:

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Photos are required to substantiate shipping damage or quality claims.

For shipping damage photos; do not remove the damaged item from the box, submit photos of the outside of shipping box and the damaged product inside the box.

For defective piece submit photos of the defect for review. Please read our non-refundable section of the Return Policy to help you identify that your piece is truly defective or if it is just a perfectly imperfectly pieces.

Upon receipt of the damage claim form, we will review the claim for approval of replacement. Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Once the item is received by Bello Lane the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address.
